Q. I've moved. How do I change my mailing address for my subscription?
A. You may request a change of address in one of two ways. Email customerservice@cigar-magazine.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-777-6926.
Q. How often is Cigar Magazine published?
A. Cigar Magazine is a quarterly publication with issues for Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
Q. I just ordered a subscription. When will I receive my first issue?
A. The cut-off date for subscribers to receive the next issue is the first
of the month prior to the release date. For example, the Fall issue release
date is August 1. So, anyone who ordered their subscription before July 1, will
begin their subscription with the Fall issue. The release dates for each issue
every year are as follows:
Spring: February 1
Summer: May 1
Fall: August 1
Winter: November 1
Q. Where can I find Cigar Magazine?
A. Cigar Magazine subscriptions are available online at our website (www.cigar-magazine.com) or by calling us toll-free at 1-877-777-6926. Individual copies of Cigar Magazine can also be ordered via telephone, and are available at retail tobacconists nationwide.
Q. I have received the free gift, but have not received a copy of the
magazine yet. When can I expect it to arrive?
A. The gift usually arrives within two weeks of your order. The magazine will
arrive as soon as the next issue is published. You should have also received
a confirmation via e-mail or phone indicating which issue you will receive at
the start of your subscription.
Q. How can I get a back issue of Cigar Magazine?
A. Copies of back issues of Cigar Magazine can be ordered by calling us toll-free at 1-877-777-6926.
Q. I live outside of the United States. How can I subscribe?
A. Cigar Magazine does not currently offer international subscriptions. Cigar Magazine subscriptions are available for all of the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), Puerto Rico, Guam, and all US military addresses.
Q. I have received a free copy of the magazine, however, I am not interested in receiving additional copies. How do I have my name removed from your mailing list?
A. Send an e-mail requesting removal from our mailing list to customerservice@cigar-magazine.com or call us toll-free at 1-877-777-6926.
Q. How can I carry Cigar Magazine in my cigar shop?
A. Contact your local distributor to see if they carry Cigar Magazine. If they do not currently carry Cigar Magazine, please e-mail us at customerservice@cigar-magazine.com. Please include the name and contact information for the distributor, so we can work with them to make Cigar Magazine available in your area.
Q. I am interested in becoming a rater for your magazine. How can I get on the list?
A. Cigar Ratings reviewers are randomly selected from our subscriber database, but you may send an e-mail to letters@cigar-magazine.com with your request to be included in an upcoming ratings selection.
